Description
This PR updates the Customer Support Template to 4.2 SDK, taking advantage of the built-in waterfall dialog telemetry by passing an
IBotTelemetryClient
to the dialogs. This also removes theExample PowerBI Dashboard.pbit
file and directs users to the advanced conversational analytics documentation for the latest Power BI template.Related Issue

Run template with a customer support bot file and validate that Waterfall events are populating through.
