#1503 added a number of unit tests to CT, but also disabled them. It looks like they were disabled because presumably cleartype is disabled on build machines. We need to turn these back on, or we lose the benefit of having them int he first place.

Make Text drawing tests more lenient (#1692)

Allow tests to handle cleartype differences more leniently to pass on different machines. Fixes failing tests.
