From a different issue, when this is disabled, you can't type in a ton of WinUI text boxes.

We should have a warning about this when we detect it, link to help, and a button to reenable

Same issue v0.51.1 PowerToysReport_2021-12-15-19-33-42.zip

I solved this issue by re-enabling "Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service" and rebooting as suggested in here for Terminal.

Maybe relevant for others too.

I think should have it on settings main page and in the notification area.
