Normalizes metadata about a package into a common schema.

USAGE:
Find the normalized metadata for the given package:
  oss-metadata [options] package-url...

  -o, --output-file    (Default: ) send the command output to a file instead of stdout
  --help               Display this help screen.
  --version            Display version information.
