Looks green, saves ~3 minutes in full CTest suite - I propose a merge.

We have one failed CI run, where Fetch Workspace fails. Could this be related? Is this old flakiness, or region-specific flakiness, or SKU-specific flakiness? Hard to know, let's retry.

Now in a slow loop of trying to work out why the Fetch Workspace step times out - switching to Draft.
