Freezes during scraping MAME Artwork

Windows 10 64-bit (everything updated), GroovyMAME, MAME 0.190 (merged, no CHD's), most recent version of Attract downloaded from http://attractmode.org/.

I launch freshly downloaded Attract.exe, change Fan Art and Videos to "Yes", set my mame64.exe and ROMs folder, etc., Generate Collection/ROM List, Scrape Artwork....been trying this for over 20 hours now. Furthest I've gotten is "Scraping Artwork: 99%" and it freezes (usually freezes well before that). It will just sit there for 8+ hours...until I move the mouse around then Windows tells me the program has stopped responding. I can alt tab into another program and use the computer, internet still works, I can still access progettosnaps.net it's using for a lot of the art (i.e. my IP address sin't blocked from there for downloading so much), etc.

Please let me know if you need any logs (and how to get these logs) or anything else. Been trying this going on two full days now...

Been trying for another two days now - just froze again at 64% artwork. Anyway to get a log to you so we can try to diagnose what the issue is? (I would need to know how to get that log generated)
