Hi there,

i've noticed that all emulator processes killed with the exit hotkey do terminate but always stay <defunct> forever afterwards. I'm using attract mode 2.2.1 compiled from source on devuan gnu/linux "jessie" (I am able to reproduce with attract 2.2.1 on linux mint 17.3 "rosa").
