Makes the library easy to add to a cmake project.

Example usage:

add_subdirectory("${CMAKE_SOURCE_DIR}/vendor/metayeti/mINI")

add_executable(MyProject main.cpp)
target_link_libraries(MyProject PUBLIC
  mINI
)


          Add cmake library interface
