I'm fine with modifying the parser to support this, but I'm less sure about adding it to the spec. The spec is currently so loose as to allow almost anything to be valid. And given the nature of changelog files in the wild, I think it's much more useful to attempt to parse them even if they don't follow whatever we have in the spec. I've opened #26 to discuss the issue. |

If this is applied then I'll work on migrating the Changes files of DBI, Devel::NYTProf etc into CPAN::Changes::Spec format.
