Miscellaneous improvements and bug fixes:

  • Fix env in testing, simplify local dev setup instructions
  • Fix duplicate category/tag/merchant creations
  • Fix autofocus issue on category/tag/merchant forms
  • Make it easier to delete unused categories/tags/merchants
  • Assign valuations to imported accounts so user accounts will see proper history the next day
