This document lays out a project plan for the development of the “Segre” open source private RTC messaging system by MD Farhan Mushtaque. The plan will include, but is not restricted to, a summary of the system functionality, the scope of the project from the perspective of the “Segre” team, scheduling and delivery estimates, project risks, and how those risks will be mitigated, the process by which I will develop the project, and metrics and measurements that will be recorded throughout the project.

The application is chosen to be packaged as native binaries rather than a Browser based application having various of reasons behind :-
- Browsers are tends to be bloated with low performance and use a lots of resources and open up a browser is not good for privacy as well if it controlled by a firm like Google or Microsoft.
- Browsers track user searches for their businesses.
- Since Browsers are products, so they track users for sending ads and track IP addresses, searches, etc which can easily blow up your privacy and kills the whole purpose of private messaging.

Segre is distributed as Binaries due to :-
- Segre is Free & Open Source software project made by just one individual person and not a product of any company to make money which is good and bad thing at the same time.
- Good because I don't track user to count how many users I have, nor I track and steal your data to sell other companies or government.
- Bad is because they might contain bugs as I'm the only individual person making this project, so I need support and contributions a lot, its all Free & Open Source.
- Since products tends to track and make money out of it, so privacy can't be guaranteed.
