### m.call state event

The user who wants to initiate a call sends a `m.call` state event into the room to inform the room participants that a call is happening in the room. This effectively becomes the placeholder event in the timeline which clients would use to display the call in their scrollback (including duration and termination reason using `m.terminated`).
