Add ARIA Digital Publishing landmark and derived (i.e. via navigation) roles. This partly addresses #148, though localisation support should also be added before this is complete.
* Have translation messages for all landmark roles (core and DPUB). * Update build check to ignore those translations (as the calls to them are built dynamically). * Update README with feature info. * Bump version to 2.2.0 (the previous 2.2.0 milestone is now 2.3.0).
* Fix lookup of doc-* roles. * Indicate how the book could be marked up more appropriately, and why it is not here.

Add support, tests and documentation for these landmark roles.
This also makes all role names translatable.
