This is sort of a followup on recent PRs that have added shared examples for concerns (browser detection, reviewable, etc) used by multiple models -- but in this case this is motivated almost entirely by simple LOC reduction in the
account_spec(there are some specs, including this one, that are in the ~1K LOC area, would like to reduce some to make more managable). Preserves coverage, LOC re-org only.(There is some refactor that COULD be done w/in this coverage ... but this is a straight copy)
