Yes, please go ahead and verify SAS drives don't support HPA.

@PartialVolume I can confirm that no HPA exists on SAS / SCSI.

I couldn't find any reference for HPA or the "three ATA[1] commands involved in creating and using a host protected area"[2] in the PDF either. I guess it's really ATA only and not SCSI.
