This PR adds a new fragment which replaces the "Install CIA" tab with 3 new cards
The first 2 cards are just rearranged "Install CIA" and "Select Mandarine Directory" items from Home Fragment, but the 3rd one is the new
Search Locationcard which replaces the old Game Directory Home Fragment item and allows users to select multiple game directories at once, so thanks to @Ishan09811 for that feature
