This PR removes reduntand ActionGroup app/code/Magento/Indexer/Test/Mftf/ActionGroup/IndexerActionGroup/AdminReindexAndFlushCacheActionGroup.xml
because we already have similar
app/code/Magento/Indexer/Test/Mftf/ActionGroup/AdminReindexAndFlushCacheActionGroup.xml
