Preconditions and environment

• Magento version 2.4.4-p2
• A grouped product with more than one product and one product out of stock with backorder enabled

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a grouped product page from preconditions
2. Add any product to cart

Expected result

Product is added to cart

Actual result

Product is not added to cart

Additional information

A past PR #24955 was merged to resolve not being able to add a product when the product is out of stock but

1. Did not account for backordered item
2. It uses legacy catalog inventory for qty

unable to duplicate with settings but if display out of stock product is shown then it works. Closing ticket will reopen if reoccurs
