[17] Merge api-proto with develop

in the scope of #17 story need to prepare https://github.com/magento/catalog-storefront/tree/api-proto branch to merge with develop branch.

Currently develop branch working with Magento 2.3.4, api-proto - with 2.4-develop.
Develop branch should work with 2.4-develop as well

Need to:

• move all fixes from https://github.com/magento/magento2/tree/develop-storefront to the branch https://github.com/magento/magento2/tree/storefront-2.4 (diff: https://github.com/magento/magento2/compare/2.3.4...develop-storefront.diff)
• Run tests on 2.4-develop with ported fixes
• Merge https://github.com/magento/catalog-storefront/tree/develop into api-proto
• Run tests with all necessary repos
