- Download GOC from GOG.com -> https://www.gog.com/en/game/gangsters_organized_crime
- Download the latest D Draw Compat (https://github.com/narzoul/DDrawCompat) patch from releases page (DDrawCompat-v*.zip) -> https://github.com/narzoul/DDrawCompat/releases
- Unzip ddraw.dll and place it in the same directory as gangsters.exe
- Rename gangsters.exe to, say, goc.exe to prevent existing DirectX drivers intervening with the executable
- Run goc.exe & enjoy
