Add documentation for AWS Keyspaces compatibility

Theoretically (I never tested this case personally), you should be able to do that:

• Include the plugin jar into the classpath of liquibase (same location as the driver jar)
• Use a configuration file as explained in the plugin documentation: https://github.com/aws/aws-sigv4-auth-cassandra-java-driver-plugin?tab=readme-ov-file#use-a-configuration-file
• Specify a JDBC URL like this one: jdbc:cassandra://cassandra.<aws-region>.amazonaws.com:9142/<keyspace>?compliancemode=Liquibase&configfile=<path-to-config-file> (see: https://github.com/ing-bank/cassandra-jdbc-wrapper/wiki/JDBC-driver-and-connection-string#using-a-configuration-file)

I'm currently working on the next version of Cassandra JDBC wrapper, the latter including a better integration of AWS Keyspaces to ease connection to these databases. I hope this will be available in few weeks.
