I think upgrading cosmos-sdk > v0.42.9 somehow causes apphash issue for us in the past Update: will test and include these fix in next (hopefully) non-breaking release |

This will force likecoin to use the same versions of tendermint and cosmos-sdk despite differing versions in underlying software, like gaia/v4
