IE11: Cannot enter URL text for Link option

Hi,
I am using IE11 and i am not able to enter URL text for Link option. Same behaviour i found on Alloy Editor demo site.

The issue is only reproducible when user first change the drop down to set target and then try to enter URL text. But if user first enter URL text and then change the comobox to set the target then it works fine.

For Chrome and Firefox it is working. I have attached screen shot of IE11 version deatils.
