You haven't filled in any details from the original issue template so we cannot help you. It's a problem that we don't give a lot of feedback regarding download errors #4907 #5123 #3310

If you state precisely what you're doing and which version / operating system you're using and that you're confident the network connection works, it's easier.

Your problem looks a bit like #5126 which is solved and will be released in 0.16.6 - so if you wait a few days, we can help you by having a new release you can try out!
