Illuminate\Support env() does not return variables from putenv/getenv #27769

After recent update Illuminate\Support, function env() does not return values from putenv/getenv environment storage, because it does not include PutenvAdapter() from vlucas/phpdotenv
Previous version is used function getenv, which returns correct value.
