Hello, I don't have access to the task board (404 error). I read the KEP but I don't understand the task of this issue. Can you give me more detail about what I need to do please ? Sorry I am quite new to Kubernetes but i will work on it for sure :)

You can raise a membership PR on the kuberentes/org repo. i.e kubernetes/org#4254

If you are a member of kubernetes-csi, you can open the task board link. The task board is a list of tasks ppl are working on.
