Which issue(s) this PR fixes:

Extends the scope of the service catalog SIG.

Since the charter scope is expanding, does the SIG Service Catalog name also demands a change? The scope of the SIG is creating standards and tools to streamline application connectivity with backing services.

How about a name like this?

  • SIG Service App Connectivity
  • SIG Service App Binding
  • SIG Connectivity
  • SIG Binding

Since the charter scope is expanding, does the SIG Service Catalog name also demands a change?

As per our previous discussions, we have decided not to change the SIG name at this point.
