#SIG-Architecture Support for RISCV

Since was looking at CNI and found there is no support for RISCV , wanted the architecture SIG to look at possibility of adding support for RISCV. Who will be interetsed in it? Possibly currently Academic like UC Berkely & IITM.

I created one for CNI - containernetworking/cni#784
But thought this may apply then to OCI & CSI and may be need to dig requirements form Vendors and Universities that may work on it for different workloads and devices.
