In KustomizeInflator, glob expansion was performed without taking into
account the path of the kustomization. This resulted in looking at
incorrect paths. Also, until now the code assumed a path to be a glob
only if it ended with a `/*` which is not always the case. Change that
and have the user specify explicitly if they refer to a glob by adding
a `glob:` prefix in the path. After expanding globs, join all paths with
the path of the kustomization. Regenerate the plugin so changes take
effect.
