What this PR does / why we need it:
related to #1584 and #1579
#1579 is temporal fixing by kubernetes-client and waiting official fix by openapi-generator v5.3.1.
until then, like #1584, it needs manual fix when re-generating kubernetes/client. this PR automates it.
