Downgrade Skylight

Needed to do that because shipping to ruby gems requires 2.5.8 but latest Skylight requires >= 2.6

Dependencies Updated

• skylight -> 5.1

Standard Release

• code complies to standardrb
• minimum ruby updated to 2.6

Make Ruby 2.6 the Minimum

• get the build working again
• don't standardise the generated gemspec

Little Less Strict

• relax dependency strictness

Remove Pry-Byebug

• this was locking dependencies and we don't use it
• updated other dependencies

Just Testing
