Put the user name in all incoming group chat messages because sometimes it can be hard to distinguish one user from another, especially when there is no avatar picture.

  • random (but consistent, i.e. calculated) color for each contact
  • fix margins with message content
  • hide name for messages in the same block (only for hangouts theme)
