latexbuilderおよびスタイルファイルで、tableはh（=htp）、imageはHというフロート配置になっていますが、そもそもfloat.styを組み込んでいるので決めうちよりも
\floatplacementマクロで制御するほうが妥当そうです。いちおうRe:VIEW 2系には後方互換でtableにhを残しています。
