Thanks for your PR.

Actually we don't use configuration meson64_defconfig in ubuntu, we use kvims_defconfig.
Ann way, I will merge this to kvims_defconfig.

Thx for letting me know and merging it! I saw it was requested at your forums and I have been wanting this feature as well.

According to Core Spec Version 5.2 | Vol 3, Part A 6.1.5,
the incoming L2CAP_ConfigReq should be handled during
OPEN state.

The section below shows the btmon trace when running
L2CAP/COS/CFD/BV-12-C before and after this change.

high_memory used to be initialized in mem_init, way after setup_bootmem.
But a call to dma_contiguous_reserve in this function gives rise to the
below warning because high_memory is equal to 0 and is used at the very
beginning at cma_declare_contiguous_nid.

It went unnoticed since the move of the kasan region redefined
KERN_VIRT_SIZE so that it does not encompass -1 anymore.

Fix this by initializing high_memory in setup_bootmem.
