Also allow disabling author export.

This commit might be a big behavior change for some as now the author
name is auto-exported to the post front matter.

To disable that, simply put "#+AUTHOR:" or "#+OPTIONS: author:nil" at
the top of your Org file.

With this commit, ox-hugo now supports one more implicit ox.el
feature.

Part of solution to #106

@kaushalmodi Thank you for this feature. Does the #+CREATOR feature still work? I tried this and I don't see it. Maybe I'm doing something wrong...(?)

@kishvanchee Do you have the creator export enabled? It's disabled by default.

#+OPTIONS: creator:t

Does the #+CREATOR feature still work?

I had added a test when I enabled this feature: 72481d7

So it still has to work.

@kaushalmodi You're right. It does work. I added creator: t instead. The whitespace was messing with me. Apologies. 😞

Thanks for confirming. For future, you can search for any feature's test on the ox-hugo test site.

Example: https://ox-hugo.scripter.co/test/search/?q=creator
