this is breaking because of codymikol/karma-webpack#350 and pinning karma-webpack to an older version seems to be really hard, travis/appveyor keep installing latest (broken) version. Will wait for a fix on their side before this can be merged. update: it's breaking all new/existing PRs :( |

I will open a new PR for a 2.1.0 release (that fixes the karma-webpack issue) and close this one. |
