Added needed exclude for Xcode 12. Updated iOS deployment target to 10.0. Sample: Updated to iOS 10.0. Swift version in project was updated to Swift 5.0.
Removed workaround, excluding the arm64 archs.

…chitectures. Added "Push Notifications" as a capability to the sample, this is needed for Realm.
… Xcode 12 sometimes takes more time to compile the dependancies.
