RTD looks good to go (see clickable link in checks).

I move we get this merged sooner rather than later, then can start layering in additional pages (e.g. API docs, CONTRIBUTING, CHANGELOG) on subsequent PRs...

Looks good I assume those other checkboxes you have in the in the PR are done as well and can merge?
