First official release! Queueing has been removed, but all the code has been optimized and linted. For contributors, there's a shiny new build process, and for users, the only Chrome extension-based vulnerability scanner has only gotten better!

Bishop's very first release, named for its namesake (Marty Bishop in Sneakers; Robert Redford's great performance as a hacker and my inspiration to get into netsec).

Includes queueing, staggered background scanning, and a set of conservative demo rules.
