A few additions and fixes before moving on to v2.1. This is more like a documentation update rather than features.

grunt-connectsince we're now using Jekyll - Made Stack.js async
- Made the component examples bleed on screens
< 480px - Adds Add to Homescreen support in the examples.
- A few bug fixes
