Description (required)

Migrate IM website from http://www.outsharked.com/imagemapster to github pages and address issues found during the migration (#418 & #422).

Test plan (required)

Very few code changes, only some related to addressing #418 & #422, ensuring that code that is no longer used/referenced is removed and code/comments align with documentation and vice-versa. All tests pass.
