This PR seems fine, however lacks a comment for why we would be late loading the main module. Add it so we can merge rather than go back and forwards about a minor comment.

Importing
requests_mockearly (during pytest initialization) drags inrequestswhich drags inssl.Not only it slows down pytest startup, in the gevent "ecosystem" it interferes with the ability to do gevent monkey-patching early on.
