при установке NOT фильтра, в результате которого не сгенерится SQL код, в итоговый запрос будет добавлена под строка AND NOT - с пустым фильтром.
В итоге будет выполнена попытка не корректного SQL запроса, приложение крашится сразу при попытке открыть транзакции (с сохраненым ранее фильтром)
