Description

Initial testing of creating a documentation version selector dropdown on the documentation page. This will work in conjunction with Issue 14989 (which is included here for redirection testing purposes).

I have a suspicion that renaming this will break things; search for Site.Data.versions.main and Site.Data.versions.preliminary throughout
