Few clicks in admin area for UI anomalies might be enough.

there is a problem with tips (ie 'please fill out this field') not clipping to the cell that triggered it - in at least Firefox (works fine in Chrome). But the problem is there in test and production as well so not caused by this change., will create a separate ticket for this #749
