There are currently two templates to choose from when applying force delete to a domain - removed_company and death. The choise between these two options should be made automatically according to the type of registrant (ident typpe)
death = priv and birthday
removed_company = org

there are going to be other template choices in the future as well but the choice between these two should be made for the user automatically.
