Since last week, the response to the Browse (https://youtubei.googleapis.com/youtubei/v1/browse) request includes only the contents that the app needs to be updated:

You are using an unsupported version of YouTube Music. Please update to continue using the app.

This affects users using Vanced Music (Discontinued) as well as users who use Spoof app version patch to spoof the app version 5.55.54 or earlier.

For example, in the case of Canadian users who have been spoofing the app version to 4.27.53 to remove the Radio mode restriction, the app can no longer be used.

Now the minimum version that can be spoofed is 6.01.56 (If the Restore old player layout setting is available).

And Google has stopped providing real-time lyrics for 6.42.55 or lower.

Therefore, the minimum target app version provided by Spoof app version is 6.42.55:

6.11.52 - Disable real-time lyrics → 6.42.55 - Disable real-time lyrics

Motivation

Some users are spoofing the app version to 4.27.53, but this version is no longer valid.

@inotia00 In the innertube context, client versions 4.27.53 and 5.29.53 are still valid client versions for client spoofing? Why youtube considers innertube requests from an unsupported version?

There is still a valid response for the /player endpoint, but there is a response telling me to update the app for the /browse endpoint
