chore: merge to main should run release pipeline

No issue for this - noticed merges to main run release pipeline only for docker images but not for binaries. This commit allows releasing every time code is merged to main again. This would mean both docker images and binaries are in sync.

Looks like the snapshot builds are producing binaries without -snapshot- in the name. However more recently added CLI switches are missing when running --help, which can be investigated separately as the process accepts the new CLI args, it is just not visible in the --help section.
