1. 对部分未国际化的页面文字进行了翻译。
2. 调整了部分英语翻译文字。

修改：

1. 修复快速运动暂停，然后继续时摄像机抖动问题。
2. 修复了MenuLevel远处有两个材质不对。
3. 调整了石球与木球碎片抛出力。
4. 修复了UTF-8 Bom 文件读取失败问题。
5. 修改语言或者模组设置后，现在可以自动重启游戏，不需要手动运行。
