Process a data deposit - xml tag

On the administration side, when you process a data deposit, you can choose a study ID.

Here, a DOI as an ID

This ID is placed in the URI of the XML tag "serStmt". I expected that this ID would go in the tag "IDNo".
If it stays in the serStmt, the field should specify that an URI is needed.
